Heavy truck / bus box
Model HTB24V/W

This jumpbox was designed specifically for municipal and military vehicles such as buses, garbage trucks and highway equipment. It is designed to be carried on the back of a light service truck, van, tow truck or utility cart.

The 30 foot 4/0 cable is designed to bring 1,600 cca (cold cranking amps) at 12 volts and 1,1000 cca at 24 volts. The generous cable length gives the operator maximum access to even the hardest to reach batteries or jump start terminal.

Additionally all box units come with removable clamps to ensure minimum downtime, in the event of damaged clamps, as well as optional Whittaker plugs.

(A Whittaker Plug allows the JiffyJump to be connected to municipal vehicles with a Whittaker connector for easy access )

Four high cranking batteries give maximum recoverability, jumpstarting 30 to 40 vehicles a day before needing recharge.

Two amp meters show the user the state of charge and condition of the dual chargers.

All our box units can be built with an optional on-the-go charging system - OGCS - to give optimal charging for peak 24 hour operation. This allows the service vehicle to charge the jump starter - even during the longest work day.

Model 2005 HT12/24V

This unit is our premier multi-use jump starter for jumpstarting light trucks (at 12V) as well as heavy equipment and other heavy trucks (at 24V).

Highly portable and easily manouevered between rows of closely parked vehicles it can typically jumpstart twenty vehicles without recharging, even on the coldest of mornings.

As with all our units a self-contained dual charger measures the temperature and the voltage of of the jumpstart batteries to maintain optimal charge, without ever overcharging.

All our jumpstarters are custom built for customers' needs. This unit can be custom built to jumpstart exclusively at 24V or 12V or as pictured at 12/24v.

Rolling 12 volt jumpstarter with 120 psi air pump
Model 2005-12VAir

Similar to the rolling 12/24 V model this model is aimed at light trucks and cars.

The 2005-12VAir offers a retractable air hose, to keep tires pumped up without having the inconveniance of moving a vehicle to a static hose. It has an automatic preset cut off at a given pressure.

The retractable air hose stays out of the way when not needed - ensuring the unit is as car lot friendly as you have come to expect from JiffyJump.

A self-contained charger measures the temperature and the voltage of the jumpstart batteries to maintain optimal charge, without ever overcharging.

The air hose retracts into the case when not in use.

Rolling 12/24 volt wheelbarrow jumpstarter
Model 2005WB 12/24V

This is a really smooth operating package. Ideal for large paved parking lots. This unit was built expressly for the motorcoach industry and easily starts scores of 12 and 24 Volt systems before recharging.

As with all our units, a self-contained dual charger measures the temperature and the voltage of the jumpstart batteries to maintain optimal charge, without ever overcharging.

All our jumpstarters are custom built for customers' needs. This unit can be custom built to jumpstart exclusively at 24V or 12V and varying cable lengths are available upon request.
